International hydrogen strategies in comparison

Many countries around the world are currently working at full speed to establish a hydrogen economy. The primary goal is climate protection, but economic considerations are also evident. With this country analysis, H2-Compass provides an overview of international hydrogen strategies.

Most of the countries examined agree that the hydrogen of the future should no longer be produced with fossil fuels. All countries rely on the use of water electrolysis and assign a central role to renewable electricity.
